WVU HIGH SCHOOL FLUTE CAMP RULES AND POLICIES
1. All participants will attend events as listed on the schedule unless they receive permission from Dr. Arnone.
2. The 10:00 PM dorm curfew must be observed.
3. All participants will travel in groups of two or more camp members and/or counselors while outside the CAC or Fieldcrest. Nightly group "walks" back to the dorm will occur each evening at the conclusion of events at the CAC.
4. Outside of your getting settled in the dorm/moving out, no one is permitted in the dorm who is not a camp member.
5. WVU has a no smoking policy while inside any campus facility.
6. There is a zero tolerance policy for the consumption of alcohol and/or any illegal substances while attending this camp.
7. Cell phones must be turned off during all recitals; no calls may be accepted during class unless from your emergency contact.
8. Keep your valuables locked in a locker (you bring your combination lock) or your locked dorm room.
9. All campus property must be treated with respect.
10. Please keep a respectful, supportive attitude toward each other, the music, and your role as an ensemble member. We are all growing together and working hard!
