Campus Tours
The best way to learn about the College of Creative Arts is to come see it for yourself. We invite you to visit our campus, meet with current students, speak with professors and even sit in on a class. Each tour is conducted by a CCA Student Ambassador, giving prospective students the opportunity to obtain a first-hand account of what it’s like to be a student in Art, Music, or Theatre and Dance.
- Tours of the College of Creative Arts and the Creative Arts Center are offered Monday through Friday at 9am and 2:30pm or by special appointment.
- Please schedule your visit at least one week in advance by calling 304-293-4841, ext. 3239
- All tours are walking tours lasting approximately 45 minutes.
Tours are not available during major recognized holidays or WVU exam periods.
If interested in observing a class, please make sure to mention your preference when calling to arrange your tour.
Directions to the CCA
The College of Creative Arts is located on the Evansdale Campus of West Virginia University, directly across from the Coliseum.
From I-79
Exit I-79 at Exit 155 (Star City/West Virginia University)
From I-68 West
Follow I-68 West towards Washington. I-68 will intersect I-79. Take I-79 North to Exit 155 (Star City/West Virginia University)
From the Star City/WVU exit — Exit 155
Follow the signs toward Morgantown (Rt. 7). After crossing the Star City Bridge, go through the first traffic light and up the hill to the second light. At the third light, turn left into the Creative Arts Center parking lot.
**Please park in either the spaces reserved for visitor parking in the main driveway or in the lot in front of the building. Upon your arrival, you will also need to obtain a parking permit from the Office of the Dean.
