Mission

The mission of the faculty and staff of the College of Creative Arts is to advance the visual and performing arts and to advocate for life-long appreciation, understanding and involvement in the arts as a medium in which the diversity of human experience is expressed, examined, and valued. We accomplish our mission by educating future artists, teachers, and scholars through excellence and innovation in performance, exhibition, scholarship, instruction, and the dissemination of creative research; and by providing exceptional opportunities for critical engagement in the arts.
